It is on the route towards Destiny 2 as part of an upcoming crossover event that will be held with Fortnite.
Destiny 2 data miner posts an image of three new skins for players that strongly suggest that a Destiny 2 Fortnite skins crossover event is being planned.
This image was most likely taken from Bungie's website and features a Titan armor kit that appears similar to its Black Knight skin that was originally available in the season pass for Fortnite season 2.
The Destiny's Warlock is also accompanied by a Fortnite-like Drift Mask, and the Hunter is very similar to the Fortnite Omega skin.
In the nearly eight-year history of Destiny and Destiny 2, it has been a common practice that leaks are released ahead of major announcements and game updates, to either provide a teaser or to completely spoil the latest Bungie content.
This is similar to the coming Destiny 2 reveal event set to air on the 23rd of August that the majority of players believe will give players an initial glimpse at the coming expansion.
But, one of the numerous leaks isn't related to the next expansion in the game, but rather a crossover event that Fortnite and the brand new armor guardians will be able to access.
The leaks suggest that the Fortnite crossover might not be the only thing Bungie has secured Destiny 2, either.
Other leaks are suggesting there might be a crossover with Fall Guys very shortly, although there is no further information made public at the time of writing.
